Dawson divulges latest commercial ovens


Dawson Foodservice Equipment has announced that it is releasing a new range of Lainox Heart Green combination ovens.

Available in 6, 7, 8,10,14,20 and 40 grid options, the ovens are intended to meet the needs of catering operations irrespective of their size.

Dawsons says the Lainox Heart Green Range features EcoSpeed and EcoVapour functions which deliver a reduction in water and energy consumption, as well as Green Fine Tuning (GFT), a system that aims to cut power wastage and emissions through a new modulating burner system and high efficiency heat exchanger.

Additionally, shorter cooking times are guaranteed by the re designed trapezoidal-shaped cavity and bio-directional ventilation system, according to the company.

Dawson plans to give dealers their first glimpse of the range at Hotelympia next month.
