Melamine food display products supplier Dalebrook has launched two new collections for 2017, the Urban and Casablanca ranges.
Taking inspiration from Moroccan culture and cuisine, the new Casablanca collection has been designed to showcase vibrant food. Designed to look the part in any Moroccan food display, the Casablanca range is designed to combine a crackled textured look with the practicality and durability of melamine.
The collection features a large display bowl, smaller bowl and dinner plates, and is designed for large or small serving solutions. Available in a green colourway, the Casablanca range is also due to be launched in new colours later this year.
In contrast to Casablanca, the Urban range has a clean and cool look, designed with deli counter displays in mind. The gritty, concrete effect is said to embrace the urban trend whilst delivering a lightweight, durable melamine alternative. Like the Casablanca range, the new collection is designed to be easy to clean, stain resistant and chip resistant.
The Urban range features three different Gastro size slabs which can be used for both sharing platters and deli displays. Accompanying the platters are medium and large melamine concrete bowls featuring a white interior and concrete effect exterior to complement the Gastro slabs.
Dalebrook Supplies’ MD Jennie Knott said: “At Dalebrook Supplies we ensure that we remain at the forefront of the industry, embracing the latest design trends for the foodservice sector. The Casablanca and Urban ranges are attractive and innovative food service solutions that both look the part in food outlets whilst featuring all the health and safety product benefits of melamine.”
