CS Catering Equipment and sister company Caffe Society are to build two new plots at their purpose-built headquarters in Sherburn in Elmet, Yorkshire.

The dealer ordered the construction of its Tornado House facility in 2013, which comprises 21,000ft2 of space.

Now it has greenlit two new industrial units on the neighbouring plot. Continuing the aircraft theme, the two new units have been named Typhoon House and Hurricane House.

A total of 21,200ft2 is being built, with 8,000ft2 already pre-sold to Wetherby-based printing company A1 Press Ltd, which has purchased Hurricane House.

The remaining Typhoon House unit will provide a new 13,200ft2 unit and will be ready for occupation in April 2017.

Caffe Society and CS Catering Equipment MD Steve Mooring said: “Having built our new state of the art head office and showroom facility, we have now moved onto Phase 2 with the development of the neighbouring development plot.

“Our new building has enabled us to grow as a business through employing more staff and being able to grow our product lines.

“We are delighted to attract A1 Press Ltd to site; it had a longstanding requirement to move to new premises and given the lack of available premises in the Wetherby area this opportunity was perfect for the company.”
