Crystaltech Services is continuing to support all of its customers through the coronavirus crisis while delivering full maintenance services to designated essential sites.

Retaining a nationwide team of service engineers to meet all call outs and support requirements, Crystaltech continues to work closely with manufacturers to offer both maintenance and new machine installation for all makes of machine.

The servicing firm’s team has attended a wide range of sites from care homes, hospitals, food retailers and the Ministry of Defence, whose operations would be severely hampered with the disruption that broken or damaged equipment could cause.

The company believes that offering a nationwide service during this time of crisis undoubtedly lessens the burden on these sites leaving them to focus on the essential services they provide.

A company spokesperson confirmed: “With the support of our spare parts provider, CaterParts, Crystaltech is able to maintain fully stocked vans and continues to offer all customers a quality service with quick response times and exceptional levels of first time fixes.

“The health and safety of service engineers and onsite staff is a priority and government’s guidelines will be constantly reviewed to ensure every precaution is taken when our team are on site.”
