Court recently installed this Meiko pan washing system for packaging manufacturer Symbiotec.

With the small easing of the lockdown, London-based dealer Court Catering Equipment reports it is working hard to ensure all safety measures are in place to accommodate a phased return to work.

The firm posted on LinkedIn: “We do already have our service team out in the field suppling essential ‘back to work checks’ on kitchens and food service operations.

“Even though times are difficult, Court Catering is immensely proud to be able to continue to serve and support our essential key workers.”

Court’s service engineers are available at short notice to cover emergency breakdowns and repairs in the London and Home Counties area.

Plus the distributor is currently installing critical ware wash equipment in care homes and schools to allow foodservice equipment to be properly sanitised.

For instance, it was recently involved in the supply and installation of a Meiko DV270.20 GIO pan washing system for packaging manufacturer Symbiotec. This company effectively ‘grows’ packaging products on re-usable trays using the root structure of mushrooms to bind with waste products such as corn husks and hemp. The packaging is biodegradable but is said to function as efficiently as older technology.
