Counterline’s iCapacity merchandisers are available in chilled and heated versions.

Counterline has launched the iCapacity range of free-standing heated and chilled merchandisers to support high volume food and drink outlets with professional display and operation capabilities.

The manufacturer detailed that the units’ refrigeration system generates zero emissions, and together with a ‘tropicalised’ glazing feature, the firm estimated running costs of under 10p per hour can be achieved.

With rollout programmes for nationally recognised outlets already underway, the lean manufacturing team of Counterline’s UK workforce have ensured that all variations of iCapacity are released within iDesign lead times.

The firm said that these latest additions continue its business policy of manufacturing from high quality BS standard materials and using a UK workforce.

Production manager Andrew Shilcock commented: “Incorporating iCapacity within the iDesign equipment family will importantly see them manufactured at our UK manufacturing facility alongside all of our other equipment ranges: Vision patisserie display cases; the three core drop-in display ranges, Manhattan, Da Vinci and Integrale; our countertop cook and hold equipment, new experience and Imobile.”

Chilled iCapacity merchandisers will come with Counterline’s standard refrigeration features of what is said to be an eco-friendly, 48 degree rated refrigeration system, water level sensor and LED illumination, whilst the matching heated units incorporate the manufacturer’s hot holding technologies designed to enable hot hold quality and freshness.

The next generation of displays is now available for the distributor network to access by contacting Counterline directly or via Caterquotes, and all brochures, specification sheets, drawings and case studies are available for immediate access.

Counterline has partnered with Specifi and CESA for the creation of their Revit/BIM blocks.
