Frima is now allowing customers to trial its new compact multifunction cooking unit for up to a month before deciding whether to buy the product.
Although there is no obligation to make a purchase, the company hopes chefs will see enough of what the VarioCooking Center Multificiency 112T has to offer to want the equipment permanently in their kitchen.
The 112T can be used to boil, grill, fry, low temperature cook and deep fry. It features two 14-litre pans despite only measuring 962mm wide by 800mm deep and 400mm high.
“Because the 112T is a countertop unit, it is easy to install,” said managing director Graham Kille. “There is already lots of interest in it. We do have a few units we can offer for the free trials, but obviously it’s a question of first come, first served.”
Operators taking up the offer will get on-site training from a chef to ensure they get the most out of the trial, Kille added.
