Bolton-based manufacturer Pantheon has launched the CO4 oven, said to be one of the most powerful and capacious in its class.
With its 100 litre capacity and 4kW power rating, it is claimed to deliver the functionality of a larger oven within small, easy-to-site footprint. It can also be used as a dedicated baking oven within a large kitchen environment, as well as being suitable for all types of prime cooking or front of house for the food to go market.
The countertop CO4 has a maximum temperature of 300°C and reaches the selected temperature quickly. Internally it provides a 552W x 430D x 418H mm capacity and comes with four stainless steel wire shelves.
Other features include: a fan that forces hot air throughout every part of the oven cavity, designed to ensure consistent cooking and a top and bottom sited heating element which can be used individually or in tandem.
The oven’s external measurements are 796W x 670D x 580H mm and it comes with a 1 year guarantee.
Where a less powerful oven is required, Pantheon’s plug-in CO3 provides a lower, 3kW power rating. Both the Pantheon CO4 and CO3 carry a list price of £1,299.
