Coffee equipment supplier’s video spoof

Sanremo UK has injected some humour into the coffee machine market with a tongue-in-cheek video created at its workshop in Devon.

The music video was shot for this week’s London Coffee Festival and depicts an off-the-wall perspective on what can happen behind closed workshop doors when a simple request for coffee escalates.

Andrew Tucker, managing director of Sanremo UK, said: “It has been great fun to create this video from scratch. As a brand, we pride ourselves on building machines that are visually striking, whilst offering best in class build quality and makes coffee taste great. We wanted to capture that somehow – infused with a real sense of mischief and fun.”

Sanremo used local creative and musical talent to put the three-minute sketch together, but it also features company engineer David Wilson.

“We’d like to think the three minutes of what might come across as total chaos, is not only primarily entertaining, but also conveys a flavour of energy we feel as a fast and growing brand,” said Tucker.
