Clifton Food Range will be using the Restaurant Show 2017 to help the industry with any sous vide questions anyone may have.
The sous vide specialist will be sharing stand GH41 with Multivac UK for all three show days on 2-4 October at London’s Olympia.
On show will be a range of the manufacturer’s products including the Immersion Circulator, Sauce Bottlewarmer, Stirred Water Baths and a range of Unstirred Water Baths.
Furthermore, Clifton will present its chef tweezers and double-ended tasting spoons.
The firm also teased the launch of a new sous vide accessory at the show which it believes “chefs are going to love”.
