The winner of the Supplier of the Year – Service & Support for 2022 is Unox.
The honour recognises a manufacturer best deemed to be setting new standards for after-sales service, support and warranty.
There can be no greater display of Unox’s commitment to serving customers than the launch of its UK Experience Centre.
Fitted with innovative connected technology, allowing the service team to efficiently support distributors and ensure their clients get the most from their equipment, the investment has been supported by the expansion of its service team.
New roles include a service lab technician to work with dealers on solutions and a regional service team leader, who is responsible for running the burgeoning service and training academy at its HQ.
The hiring of service experience coordinators has reduced call waiting times and boosted response rates.
