The winner of the Service & Maintenance Provider of the Year award for 2022 is Marren.
This accolade, sponsored by First Choice Group and presented by head of sales and customer relationships Neil Vincent, rewards a company that is blazing a trail when it comes to repairing, maintaining and servicing kitchens.
Marren has made a huge investment by increasing stockholding by £200,000 this year in a direct response to industry-wide spares issues.
As a result, it has created a three to four month availability for common service equipment parts. Its warehouse has been refreshed too, with a new layout facilitating quicker access, ease of parts acquisition and more frequent stock takes.
Meanwhile, an initial £9,000 investment in modern earth loop impedance testers means that engineers are able to offer an enhanced electrical safety service that goes beyond what is expected of it by law.
