The first combined Charvet/Adande unit has been installed by Technical Supplies & Services Co. LLC (TSSC). TSSC is a major catering equipment distributor and manufacturer in the UAE. The Adande refrigerated drawer unit was fitted along with two Charvet 900 series cooking ranges at the new Scott’s restaurant at the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi.
The sister establishment of Scott’s Mayfair (the second oldest restaurant in London), the décor mirrors the London site and the food offer includes traditional British seafood, shellfish and seasonal game, with indoor and al-fresco dining options.The Etihad Towers restaurant offers views of the sea and Arabian Gulf through its floor to ceiling glass walls. It has its own landing jetty for boat and yacht access.
