Charvet goes green for Hotelympia

Charvet’s lime green bespoke cooking suite will be on its Hotelympia stand.

At this year’s Hotelympia, Charvet is displaying a lime green bespoke suite and a ‘Version Colourful’ Pro800 range featuring multi-colour side and front panels, to emphasize that it can produce virtually any colour using its own enamel factory.

The trade show, taking place on 5-8 March at London’s ExCel, will see the the heavy-duty Pro800 range on stand 1529, including a new multifunctional electric four-zone cooking plate, used as a solid top for pans or plancha cooking.

Ian Clow, Charvet UK sales director said: “The growing trend for open kitchens and all-day dining is leading to increased demand for ‘statement’ ranges but with multipurpose functionality.”

Also new is the Charvet One gas six burner range, multizone induction and triple chargrill with a Precision refrigerated drawer unit under.

Clow added: “The chains especially want equipment at the least expensive price without any ‘frills’ such as coloured panels, enamelled name plates or branded flues, but it has to be strong enough to provide payback within 7 years.”
