Middleby Group MD Najib Maalouf is the third and final panellist for this year’s CESA Conference ‘Titans of Industry’ session.
Following on from its successful introduction at last year’s conference, three more leaders in their field will offer their vision of the future.
Joining Maalouf are Kathleen Seelye, founding executive principal, Ricca consultancy; and Andy Earley, head of procurement, Hilton Hotels.
They will all be discussing their key issues and drivers for change are and how this might impact on national and international markets; the increasing use of connectivity and digitalisation across their business and how this affects their planning.
They’ll also be detailing what the future looks like in terms of their suppliers and customers and associated supply networks.
Following the discussion, conference delegates will have the opportunity to pose questions to the panel.
This year’s CESA Conference takes place on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 November at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel, Hounslow.
The Conference theme this year is ‘2020 Visions’ and all speakers will try to make sense of the present and while giving insight into the future.
BBC broadcaster Simon Jack is chairing the conference for the second year in succession, and also delivering an opening address detailing the UK and global economic update.
