Certa Cooking Equipment can now supply the modular OEM Valido pizza oven, available as a single or double chamber oven for flexibility.
Each chamber features a wide, downward or upward opening door with a long tubular handle, designed for easy and safe access.
The electric oven also offers digital or manual electronic controls, with independent temperature regulation for both the ceiling and bedplate, up to a maximum temperature of 400°C. Pizzas can be cooked directly on the 19mm base plate of the 35cm chamber.
Other features include a safety thermostat with manual resetting, internal lighting with halogen lamps, and an adjustable smoke outlet.
An open stand is available as an optional extra for manoeuvrability.
