Cedabond rolls out digital servicing platform

Catering equipment buying consortium Cedabond is partnering with mobile workforce management platform BigChange to roll out a national partner service network, in a bid to facilitate communications in the foodservice equipment industry.

The new partnership is set to connect catering and hospitality businesses supporting the foodservice sector, allowing members to extend their service reach by working in collaboration with other trusted businesses in all parts of the UK.

The network will offer a paperless way to plan, manage, schedule and track mobile workforces, allowing a greater level of control.

Users will have access to the partner service network allowing them to deliver and schedule works from the moment a service request is received, with live updates and regular reports in real-time from start to finish.

Cedabond commercial director, Mark Kendall, said: “This partnership follows over 12 months of careful planning and now we are thrilled to be partnering with BigChange on this innovative network initiative to further enhance our members’ and manufacturers’ service to each other and their customers.”
