The Catering Equipment Distributors Association (CEDA) is set to hold its annual Technical Conference this week.

The conference has become one of the most important dates in the calendar for companies involved in the installation and maintenance of commercial catering equipment.

This year’s event will be held at Hellidon Lakes Hotel near Daventry, Northants on Wednesday 19th October. The theme of the event is ‘Professionalism’.

A number of speakers are lined up for the event and they will help delegates become more professional as well as examine the consequences for those who fail.

The business day content will not be all industry related, but will include items from other disciplines to help attendees expand their business knowledge.

CEDA also intends to use the show to launch a brand new initiative that will raise levels of professionalism and generate service income.

The business day will be hosted by Richard West who is already established as the host of the main CEDA Conference.

There will also be an exhibition of current and future technology and relative products and services.

The event is not just restricted to CEDA members, but is open to all.
