CEDA’s administrator Fiona Mason has been promoted to take on the role of office manager, following 5 years of service providing admin and organisational support for the CEDA office and CEDA board.
Adam Mason, CEDA director general, commented: “The new title is more reflective of Fiona’s wide ranging role for CEDA and will enhance the excellent relationships that she has developed with members, partners and the wider foodservice industry.
“As well as maintaining responsibility for administration and financial control, Fiona is also tasked with reviewing all of our current practices and developing more efficient internal and external CRM systems to ensure that CEDA communicates as effectively as possible and achieves the required levels of customer service.”
Jack Sharkey, CEDA chairman, added, “I’d like to congratulate Fiona on her recent 5 year anniversary with CEDA, and thank her for her hard work. I wish her every success in the new role which will be pivotal in taking CEDA to the next level and beyond.”
