CEDA has confirmed the remaining speakers for its 2012 Conference Business Day as it prepares for next week’s annual event.
The organisation, which represents the interests of more than 80 catering equipment distributors, has revealed that industry veterans Andy Jones and Paul Goodale will join a four-man panel of operators that will kick off the conference agenda with a discussion on the future of the commercial catering market.
The ‘View from the Hill’ debate will be chaired by FCSI chairman David Bentley and include a Q&A session at the end.
Jones is service development director for ISS, one of the world’s largest facility services providers, and is tasked with developing a patient meal service that is focused, healthy and flexible.
Goodale, meanwhile, is director of Epicurean Holdings and consultant director of restaurants for Harrods.
The pair join Elior UK’s chief executive Tim Hammond and Allegra Strategies’ Foodservice Strategy Director Simon Stenning on the panel.
The View from the Hill debate will be followed by a series of presentations on economic trends, foodservice design and sustainability.
CEDA’s annual conference takes place next Thursday and Friday at the Heythrop Park Resort in Oxfordshire.
