This year’s panel includes John Vincent, founder of Leon Restaurants and government advisor on school meals, James Horler, chief executive of 3Sixty restaurants, Stephen Carter, managing director of Cameron House Resort and Phil Hooper, corporate affairs director at Sodexo.

The business day will be rounded off by an entertaining presentation by top motivational speaker Jim Lawless, author of Taming Tigers.
