If FOG is not treated it can build up.

CEDA will be supporting The British Water Fats Oils and Grease FOG Conference on Wednesday 15th March at Cranfield University, it has said.

The conference will highlight the latest issues and technology solutions around the growing burden of FOG in the sewer system.

Adam Mason, CEDA director general, commented: “We are delighted to support the British Water FOG Conference and help our Members, Partners and Associates to be fully aware of the problems it creates and the latest thinking around dealing with FOG.”

The conference will go on to present theory and stories of success on behavioural management, collaboration, and new technologies applied throughout the entire FOG cycle. Speakers will include representatives from restaurant chains, grease managers, experts from the water industry, and leading academics.

CEDA Members who are interested in attending will benefit from a discount and can register here using the ‘member of supporting organisation’ button.
