CDG celebrates £550,000 haul of kitchen contracts

Catering Design Group is celebrating contracts worth £550,000 across a range of installations for pubs, a school, an animal health centre and even a kitchen for a Roman Baths spa.

The restaurant and commercial design company will provide consultancy for a front of house refurbishment at The Exchequer pub in Crookham, Hampshire. The pub is the third time CDG has worked with The Exchequer’s parent company, Red Mist.

The consultancy is also working with the Institute of Animal Health, which is opening a fully operational kitchen and server for the Surrey facility’s staff, researchers and students.

The Godolphin School in Salisbury is extending its food offering in the main dining area, and creating a high street-style coffee shop for the 6th form dining area.

CDG was initially employed as a design consultant for the creation of a three storey restaurant at the Roman Baths Kitchen in Bath, but the contract was extended to include equipment supply for the ground floor and finishing area, together with a dish wash area on the first floor.
