Commercial Catering Spares is increasing its training possibilities to support engineers, customers, product partners and employees. There are many reasons why training and education is more essential than ever.

With the increase in demand for repairs and maintenance it is essential for companies to keep up to date with their training. We have seen a huge increase in the number of engineers interested in our training courses, especially our Rational training this year, with new customers coming on board after attending our training. Companies are looking to send bigger groups of engineers to our training facility to ensure they meet the demand of their customers, with more and more units needing to be maintained. The increase in training demands this year have confirmed to us that access to in depth training is vital for our customers.

Product partners have also been making use of our state-of-the-art training centre and have been hiring our training facilities for their own use, should that be staff training, cooking demonstrations or training on specific units. Recently we have welcomed Falcon and Lainox to our training centre. It is important to us that our partners and anyone in the catering industry can use our training space for any requirements they have.

Our warehouse management system was introduced earlier in the year, making our warehouse extremely efficient and our employees’ time effective. With new technology and innovation, we have changed the way our warehouse operates and training our employees was a must to ensure better quality of service for our customers. With the help of new technology, training, and the ability to adapt, our warehouse team can work more efficiently finding and picking parts quicker.
