CCS has sent its new webshop live, paving the way to offer its customers an even better online ordering experience. The provider of catering spare parts set out to develop a new webshop to meet the ever-growing demands of the UK spares market.
The spares firm wanted to provide its customers with a user-friendly, innovative and easy-to-navigate website that gives access to what is said to be the biggest OEM parts stock holding in Europe through one platform.
CCS commercial director John Scott, who led the project team, said: “We are in the unique position of providing our customers with original parts from equipment and component manufacturers as well as suitable recommended spare parts all from one platform.
“CCS has always placed a high emphasis on customer service and now we can extend our high level of customer service to our webshop. We have also added a large number of new exploded diagrams and tools such as favorites and saved baskets to assist our customers to locate and order the part they require efficiently.”
He added: “This means our customers have all the technical information to hand to make an informed choice and can ensure they receive the correct parts the very next day.”
The new CCS webshop gives customers access to over 2m spare parts from 700 manufacturers thanks to the GEV Group’s support.
