CCS enables extra customer contact

Genuine OEM parts supplier Commercial Catering Spares (CCS) is helping to push the industry forward and improving customer relationships by extending its opening hours.

To help cater to the fast moving catering equipment industry, the firm’s sales team are now available to take orders and enquires for next day delivery up until 5.30pm. CCS feels this step will help “to strengthen the relationship between manufacturers and customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the process, while helping to build trust in the customer-manufacturer relationship”.

The spares specialist believes the industry has shown that it needs support to meet customers’ needs and demands, and that this is being accomplished by CCS’s staff and knowledge.

CCS has a purpose-built engineer training centre offering training courses for Rational, Retigo and Unox equipment. Courses are conducted by in house trainer Stuart Blane, who has over 19 years’ experience alongside in-depth knowledge and teaching abilities.
