The Repa Group has gone live with a new website.

Two and a half years after Commercial Catering Spares (CCS) was acquired by the GEV Group, the parent company is introducing an umbrella brand name, Repa – The Spare Parts Group.

‘Repa’ is derived from the Latin Route ‘reparare’, meaning ‘to repair’. The group covers spares specialists CCS, GEV, LF, Atel Components and EPGC.

CCS and its sister companies have formed a strong partnership since 2018 and supply spare parts for the hotel, restaurant, catering, coffee and vending sectors in Europe.

With the introduction of its new webshop last year, CCS feels it is in a better positioned to provide an extensive range of products and services for the UK market and to benefit from all synergies that partnership brings.

Jonathan Booth, MD at CCS explained: “The umbrella brand Repa unites all five companies under one name and enables us to present ourselves even more clearly as a group to our customers.

“Each company brings its own expertise to the group and our customers benefit from the synergies that partnership brings.”
