Chester-based C&C Catering Equipment has completed a project for The Swan Inn in nearby Marbury, Cheshire.
Working with subsidiary company C&C Catering Engineers to provide a full turnkey package, the kitchen design house provided new commercial catering facilities to the pub, which has recently been purchased by Jerry Brunning.
As part of larger renovations works, the project included dry lining, PVC hygienic wall covering, resin floor, suspended ceilings, and full M&E installation of the foodservice area, all of which was managed by the C&C Group to provide what it feels was a professional and smooth experience for the client.
Work took place across the main kitchen area and some bar items from September 2017 until March 2018, working with supply chain partners to create a professional catering environment.
C&C Catering Equipment’s senior project manager Keith Hartharn commented: “The Swan was an interesting project to be involved with and we’re really pleased with the end result.

Manufacturers supplying equipment for the project include Falcon Foodservice Equipment, Unox, Williams and Adande Refrigeration.
