C&C Catering Equipment has completed its latest scheme for information technology firm Hewlett Packard.
Adding to the distributor’s growing portfolio of large international financial customers, this project required catering facilities for the multinational organisation’s atrium coffee bar area in its Erskine, Scotland offices.
The team began working on the project in December 2016 and completed works in March 2017. The timescale created a challenge in the form of a tight manufacture period from approval to delivery; however C&C reported that this was overcome with careful planning to fulfil client expectations.
Brands on the scheme included subsidiary company C&C Catering Fabrications, Winterhalter and Middleby.
Senior project manager Keith Hartharn commented: “We’re really pleased with the finished result at Hewlett Packard, and proud to have worked at another incredibly well known organisation. The Overbury team were great to work with and particularly helpful on the job.”
C&C’s expertise was noted recently with its victory in the CEDA Grand Prix Awards Project Management Excellence category for its scheme at UBS’s London headquarters. MD Peter Kitchin commented: “We are delighted to have won the Project Management award at this year’s CEDA Grand Prix Awards.
“We’re proud of our work, including that at UBS, and it’s great for the team’s efforts to be recognised. It was a superb ceremony and we are pleased to have come away with the honour. Having also won the Distributor of the Year – Project Management trophy at the recent Catering Insight awards, we are thrilled to cement our position as an industry leader in project management excellence.”
