C&C Catering Equipment has completed an 18-month hotel project at London-based L’oscar hotel.
The work at the five-star location in Holborn spanned across the main kitchen, two bar areas, two butler pantries and a staff canteen.
L’oscar, a 39-bedroom early 20th century property, worked alongside Winterhalter, MKN, Fosters and Halton as part of the project.
McLaren was appointed as the main contractor for the project with GVA as project managers and GWP as consultants.
Project director, Mark Roxburgh, said: “L’oscar is an incredible location, and completely unique, which came with some challenges concerning access, but the result is fantastic and we’re really pleased to have worked at such a prestigious venue.”
Last month, C&C delivered a full turnkey project at a location closer to home.
