Quotation system and software provider AutoQuotes, the US-based parent company of CaterQuotes, has appointed Whitney Jones as its new vice-president of operations.
She will oversee the UK division as well as leading AutoQuotes’ customer support, online catalogue content and human resource departments.
Jones has served in executive roles in operations, client services and customer experience for multiple software as a service (SaaS) companies. Her expertise includes customer support, retention and lifecycle; project and account management; product and timeline implementation; analytics; and sales and revenue growth.

At the end of last year, CaterQuotes also promoted Paul Shaw to the division’s operations director role, overseeing all aspects of the company’s business, including sales, marketing, technology and accounts.
