Warwick-based Caterquip Ventilation recently played a huge role in the refurbishment of L & J Leisure hotel group’s Lodge Inn and Restaurant in Hunstanton, Norfolk.
As part of the changes The Lodge had its commercial kitchen re-designed by Caterquip Ventilation’s MD Ian Paish. The refit comprised new equipment, a dedicated dishwash area, fabrications, walls and floors, with the company supplying an extraction and input air system which included a centre island canopy.
However, the centrepiece of the refit was a Blue Seal Waldorf Suite introduced into the UK market this year, which can be designed to suit user requirements. Phil Basson of Blue Seal worked with Caterquip Ventilation to ensure the smooth installation of the first suite to arrive in England.
Caterquip Ventilation is celebrating its 15th anniversary this July, as it was founded in 2000.
