Catering Insight is pausing its usual daily e-newsletters for Christmas a little early this year, as it takes a well-deserved break after another demanding 12 months.
While, starting from tomorrow, we will be sending round our annual top 50 countdown of most-read website stories of the year, we also have an extra festive treat in store.
Subsequently we will also be showing you the top 50 most read stories ever on cateringinsight.com.
Following the 10 special news alerts, the usual Catering Insight updates will resume early in the New Year.
If you haven’t already signed up for our free daily e-newsletters, make sure you don’t miss out, by filling in your details in the box in the right-hand column of this very website’s homepage.
This special countdown is part of Catering Insight’s celebrations in advance of our 10th anniversary in January. The title was launched at the beginning of 2012, with Andrew Seymour at the helm, who is now the editorial director of Catering Insight’s publisher, Promedia, as well as editing our sister title, Foodservice Equipment Journal.
Catering Insight immediately made a splash in the market when it was introduced, being (and remaining to this day) the only title dedicated to the UK catering equipment supply chain. The daily e-news alerts, website and monthly print magazine provide essential channels for catering equipment distributors and suppliers to find out the latest market happenings and make sense of each development.
Current editor Clare Nicholls took over the reins at the beginning of 2015 with a mission to take the title from strength to strength, including launching the unmissable annual Catering Insight Awards.
So at the end of our 10th year, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our wonderful readers, for all your patronage and support in 2021. There would be no magazine or daily e-newsletters without you clicking, reading and engaging with all the news, features and insight on this website and in print.
Please do have a joyful, restive and safe holiday season, and we’ll see you in 2022.
