Catering Insight Awards 2019 winner: Supplier of the Year, Business Development

The Catering Insight Business Development Award recognises manufacturers that have excelled in developing distributor sales and grown their company.

This was a hotly contested contest, but edging it with 38% of the vote was AutoQuotes.

The design and quotation platform closed out its fiscal year with record growth from April 2018 through to March 2019.

Its big year continued by rebranding from CaterQuotes, with a new UK MD in the form of Rob Gibson, and releasing mobile app AQ GO where users can search the AQ Catalogue, view and modify current projects quickly.

Gibson himself and sales administrator Natalie Courbet came to the stage to collect the award. He said: “It’s fantastic to win. It’s been a year of hard work for the AutoQuotes team, a brilliant year for us. It’s been a total team effort.”
