This joint publication replaces the usual August issue of both magazines and enables both dealers and end users to specify and purchase the ultimate in commercial kitchens.
The Buyers’ Guide is helpfully divided into various equipment categories including cookers, refrigeration and warewashing, with colour-coding enabling readers to find their required category at a glance.
The classifications are further subdivided for even more precise navigation, on everything from sous vide cookers to the latest hygiene equipment primed to tackle coronavirus.
Furthermore, the guide is peppered with top tips advice on purchasing consideration for many appliance types, provided by leading manufacturers in the sector.
The Buyers’ Guide 2020 is free to access and is now available digitally here and in print format to subscribers of both Catering Insight and Foodservice Equipment Journal.
