Eastleigh-based Catering Equipment Support is firing on all cylinders right now, with investments and a major new contract.

The distributor has added six Citroën Dispatch vans and a support vehicle to its fleet, increasing the total to 16 to keep the team mobile.

Catering Equipment Support specialises in multi-site contracts so it is important to the distributor that the vehicles meet the demand. Supplied by PSA through Richmond Group, the dealer feels the latest additions have the right recipe to take the business onto the road to success.

Furthermore, this investment ensures that the firm will have the right equipment for the expansion of a significant existing contract.

Catering Equipment Support has already been managing catering equipment servicing for the Goodwood Racecourse complex for over 5 years, but this is now expanding to the entire Goodwood Estate.

The larger contract calls for the dealer to provide maintenance, equipment supply and design work for all the estate’s catering facilities.

Catering Equipment Support MD Simon Tavender further revealed: “It is a great time for CES as we have grown in the last few months, with industry stalwart Colin Stapley joining us, as well as a new senior diagnostic engineer, and Melissa Smith, our new HR manager, to keep our staff’s welfare at the heart of our business.

“With offices in Hampshire, Hertfordshire and soon to be in Sussex, we are able to cover the South of England effectively and support our customers to the level they expect.”
