The Great Hospitality Show has unveiled its shortlist for the Great Product Awards, whittling down scores of entries to just 12 of the most innovative new products in the industry today.

The top 12 were selected from the sectors of catering equipment, food and drink, technology and interiors and tableware and will be on display in a dedicated area throughout the show (NEC Birmingham 23-25 January) for visitors to experience for themselves.

Seven out of the 12 shortlisted products are from the catering equipment sphere.

Meanwhile visitors to the show will also be able to have their say in a People’s Choice Award by tweeting their chosen product @HospShow using the hashtag #GreatProductFinalist.

Toby Wand, MD of show organiser Fresh Montgomery said: “Thank you to every exhibitor who took the time to enter the Great Product Awards and many congratulations to all of our finalists. Our final shortlist represents the 12 hottest products in hospitality today: innovations set to transform the industry in 2017. We look forward to welcoming visitors to Birmingham in January where our finalists will be on show for all to see.”
