A number of catering equipment brands were represented as the latest Chefs’ Forum event took place in London this week.
Adande, Blue Chef, Charvet, Clifton Food Range, Ford’s Foodservice Equipment, MCS Technical Products and Unox are all sponsors of the Chef’s Forum series, which sees chefs and food industry people congregate for an afternoon of cookery demonstrations, networking and discussion.
This week’s event was staged at St Ermin’s Hotel and was hosted by top young chef, Adam Handling, head chef of the hotel’s Caxton Grill restaurant.
The British Chef of the Year winner, who was a much-praised finalist in BBC2’s’ MasterChef: The Professionals’ 2013, took a number of students from South Thames College through their paces as part of the day.
Founded in 2010 by Catherine Farinha, The Chefs’ Forum now holds regular chefs conventions from the Cotswolds to Cornwall as well as in Kent. This was its second event in London.
