Cater-Kwik will be hosting an online demonstration of Lainox Naboo combi ovens tomorrow.

Web-based dealer Cater-Kwik is running the next session in its series of live stream events following a demonstration of a Synergy Grill earlier this month.

Hosted on its Facebook page, the next live stream will focus on Lainox combi ovens.

The event starts tomorrow (Wednesday 24 October) at 10.30am, with Ron Hedicker, customer support chef from supplier Falcon Foodservice Equipment demonstrating the Lainox Naboo model.

The broadcast is aimed at both those who already own a Lainox oven and those who are considering the purchase of one.

Viewers can use the platform to ask questions about the use and benefit of these units. They can field questions to Hedicker by posting in the comments section, and he can answer live, with a visual demonstration wherever possible.

Lainox Naboo ovens have access to recipes from all over the world thanks to the Lainox cloud. The interface is similar to an Android mobile phone, with the same functions, to allow users to search for recipes, browse through menus, create and organise folders.

The display is configurable, as each user can insert their most frequently used recipes from the main screen.

Naboo also features smart recognition, checking the compatibility of different products in a multi-level mode, indicating which products can and cannot be cooked together.
