Leading pizza chefs will battle it out for a place in the global pizza-making championships next week using specialist commercial ovens supplied by Cater-Bake.
The Merseyside-based equipment firm is the UK importer of Zanolli and has been selected to provide the Italian brand’s kit for the UK leg of the competition.
The event, which is organised by the Italian Pizza and Pasta Association, is scheduled to take place at next week’s IFE Show in London, with competitors vying for a place in next month’s final in Parma.
Cater-Bake MD, Mark Hutchings, whose father Peter founded the business in 1993, said contestants will use ovens and other equipment built by Zanolli during the contest.
“Zanolli ovens provide high performing, reliable and authentic baking for both pizza and bakery products. Throughout the years representing their brand in the UK, Cater-Bake UK has found itself with numerous highly-satisfied customers.”
Hutchings said that Cater-Bake has been importing Zanolli ovens since 1998. The company specialises in the import and distribution of pizza and bakery ovens, mixers and associated equipment.
