Cater-Bake presses for new Devil

Zanolli’s latest Devil pizza press comes with heated top and bottom plates.

Cater-Bake UK is now stocking the updated range of the Zanolli Devil Pizza Press.

Available in 13” and 18” models, the machinery should allow the operator to quickly produce consistent pizza bases.

With heated top and bottom plates that reduce elasticity, the press is designed to help bases to hold their shape before being baked.

This new Devil range comes with chrome covered plates, top and bottom control thermostats and a variable press time, which is said to eliminate sticking and allow operators to tailor the performance to suit the dough they are using.

Steven Lilley, head of sales at Cater-Bake UK said: “Continuous improvement within our range is very important to us, so we are thrilled to present the latest evolution of this machine.

“Zanolli give us such high quality machines for our customers to work with and rely on; they represent some of the best value for money in their market whether that be for ovens or supporting machinery.”

Italian manufacturer Zanolli is currently celebrating its 65th anniversary, growing and developing its machine range since 1952.
