Cater-Bake has launched Cater-Bags for foodservice delivery.

Cater-Bake has introduced delivery bags in a bid to support restaurants operating as takeaways during the coronavirus outbreak.

The catering equipment supplier is now stocking ‘Cater-Bags’ the company’s latest thermal food delivery system, designed to keep food piping hot from the oven to a diner’s door.

Temperatures are maintained at 85°C, on the move, with the use of ISO Thermo technology. Included in a purchase is a compatible adapter that allows delivery drivers to charge the bags from within their own car.

The bags are designed to be easy to clean and are available in four sizes, suitable for various order sizes, and each bag comes with a heated pad and car adapter free of charge (mains adapters are available to buy separately).

Mark Hutchings, MD of Cater-Bake UK said: “These are uncertain times for all in the hospitality industry, which is why we have introduced these thermal delivery bags to support caterers so that they can protect their business and continue operating.

“Our team are working non-stop to meet our clients’ needs.”
