Rational UK’s SelfCookingCenter XS is designed to offer full power, intelligence and efficiency despite its minimal dimensions of 55.5cm deep, 65.5cm wide and 56.7cm high. Adande Refrigeration is exhibiting the A+ Fridge. It is said to combine the food quality benefits of patented ‘Hold the Cold’ technology with Hydrocarbon refrigerant, and to be the only A+ professional refrigerator in Europe. Offering a claimed 46% more storage volume than its nearest comparable footprint competitor, it is designed to be modular, ergonomically efficient, sustainable, easy-to-clean, robust and reliable (stand M433).

A six-layer insulation system, complete with nanotech energy absorbing foam, a reflective energy barrier, a heating element and the one-way moisture ventilation, should ensure minimal heat loss (stand G4).

Robot-Coupe UK is promoting its Robot Cook professional cooking cutter blender. This kitchen assistant for chefs emulsifies, grinds, mixes, chops, blends and kneads.
