The growing UK casual dining sector is set to descend upon the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, for the next 2 days (24-25 February) for this year’s Casual Dining exhibition.
The trade show is expected to attract over 4,000 key buyers and decision makers from many of the country’s biggest casual dining pub groups and restaurant chains, hotels, contract caterers, and independent operators.
Over 170 major industry suppliers across three floors are showcasing innovations including equipment and services.
Confirmed exhibitors including Rexmartins, Nisbets, Electrolux Professional, Ascentia Foodservice Equipment, Gram UK, Bertha Oven, Vivreau and Magrini will be presenting their latest appliances.
New for 2016, visitors can now plan their visit in advance via the online show guide, which includes full seminar details and exhibitor listings.
“The Casual Dining show is the 2 days a year when our sector gets together. It’s an essential forum for sharing new ideas, innovations and insights,” said Simon Kossoff, co-founder and chairman of Carluccio’s, who’ll be in conversation with CGA Peach’s Peter Martin at 11am in the Keynote Theatre on opening day.
