Ali Group brand Carpigiani has added the Panorama to its range of display units.
The units showcase pans of artisan ice cream and utilise LED lighting to create what is said to be a focal point for a front of house set up.
A modular design allows the selection of four, six, eight or 12 pozzetti modules, each fitted with tempered and heated pyrolytic glass, complete with assisted opening and soft close, designed for user-friendliness.
The Panorama display cabinet is said to make it possible to have a double row of fully ventilated, temperature controlled refrigerated tubs with or without cold storage units below, extending the shelf life of the gelato. Each module can be independently opened or maintain a different operating temperature depending on the gelato stored within.
All parts of the Panorama can be disassembled and removable bases enabling cleaning and increased hygiene. The unit is 951mm high (with stand).
Scott Duncan, sales director at Carpigiani UK said: “The ability to be able to showcase the delicious products available is an essential part of drawing in customers for any operator; and gelato is certainly no exception to this. The new Panorama display cabinet is sure to become the centre-piece of an operator’s offering, vibrantly displaying the wonderful colours of tub after tub of delicious gelato to customers. The unique, modular design also ensures the correct temperatures are maintained while also allowing operators to choose a model that best suits their particular needs.”
