Carpigiani licks market with latest machine launch

Ali Group brand Carpigiani has released the XVL soft serve line — a range of ice cream machines designed as a follow-up to last year’s launch of the EVD series.

The range encompasses a collection of compact, robust floor-standing models and boasts what the company claims is the latest in “express technology”.

Carpigiani says it has harnessed the offering through much of the extensive research and development it has carried out into the production of soft serve gelato.

The XVL range consists of two models: the XVL 1 ideal for single flavours and the XVL 3 featuring a twin hopper design for double flavours.

Both models are designed with space saving in mind and are ideal for self-service front-of-house locations as well as commercial kitchen set-ups.

Carpigiani was founded back in 1946 but has been part of the Italian Ali Group for almost 25 years. The reliability of its equipment has helped make it the market leader in commercial ice cream machines.
