Carpigiani has introduced its new ReadyChef model, after previewing the gelato, pastry cream and chocolate-dispensing machine at last year’s Host Milan.
Part of the manufacturer’s Restaurant Range, the unit carries out the whole process in one compact, single phase, countertop appliance.
Offering 16 gelato programs and 16 pastry programs including four for pastry creams, eight for working chocolate and four for special desserts, this new addition to the Carpigiani family is designed to be quick and easy to set up.
Carpigiani UK sales director Scott Duncan said: “The new ReadyChef is very impressive, a serious workhorse which has been designed with modern restaurants in mind. We know the space constraints that exist within busy kitchens and this new machine has an amazing ability to work all day and night, delivering consistently high quality product as well as well as an incredible range of features that cover pastry, gelato, yoghurt and chocolate. It does pretty much everything a kitchen would need and is perfect for pastry chefs.”
The ReadyChef completes the Carpigiani Restaurant Range; a collection of six gelato, dessert and pastry machines that have all been designed for differing needs within a restaurant kitchen. This comprises the compact Freeze & Go, designed for front of house; while the Labo 6 9 and Labo 8 12 deliver larger outputs of gelato; and the Ready 14 20 offers a wide range of programs allowing it to multi-task in a kitchen environment. The Quartetto is Carpigiani’s only vertical batch freezer and it can store up to four round pans in its refrigerated cabinet.
