Refrigerator supplier Capital Cooling has welcomed two new appointments to its expanding sales team.
Tom Burgh joined the company earlier this year as head of sales, having previously held the position of sales director for Genfrost UK. He will be responsible for sales strategy and overall sales performance.
And following a more recent restructure of the company’s sales force, Neil Greer joined as sales manager for the north of England.
Burgh commented on his appointment, saying: “Having spent a lot of time in conversation with CEO Steve Steadman, it was clear to see that Capital Cooling were trending in the right direction, with a clear plan in place to become the leading refrigeration supplier within the industry.
“Heavily investing in logistical infrastructure, product development and staff positions us perfectly for sustainable growth. We have a bright future and it’s exciting to be a part of.”
Greer brings much experience to his role, having spent 13 years at Falcon Foodservice and most recently Craven & Co. He will be working closely with Capital Cooling’s established dealer network, helping them to generate business as well as being responsible for driving new sales and investigating new market opportunities.
He said: “There’s a real opportunity to help build on the recent success of Capital Cooling, the introduction of our new SAYL display range and improved coldroom offering is particularly exciting for me and I can’t wait to tell people about it.”
CEO Steve Steadman added: “I am very pleased to welcome onboard the talents of Tom and Neil to the Capital Cooling sales team. Their appointments further demonstrate the commitment to our ambitious growth plans.
“Our focus entirely surrounds supporting the catering equipment trade and our goal is to be unrivalled in sales support, logistics and warranty service.”
