Cambro’s new polyester VTC Century Wood Grain Trays will be one of the products on stand at the Restaurant Show.

At the Restaurant Show 2019 Cambro will be showing a selection of trays to suit a variety of applications.

On stand UG31 at London’s Olympia between 30 September and 2 October, the manufacturer will demonstrate the new polyester VTC Century Wood Grain Trays, which are designed to be scratch, shock, stain and chemical resistant and dishwasher safe.

Their tough construction should mean they can handle the knocks of the busiest environment. They are said to combine the authentic look and feel of wood with durability, and are available in five different finishes.

Other trays on show include the Camtrays in a range of colours and shapes. The all-purpose model is said to offer long-lasting service and lightweight construction, and they are available 53 colours. Engineered with high-impact fiberglass, the rectangular Camtray is suitable for casual dining, food courts, and cafeterias.

In addition, the Camtray can be customised with a logo or design, safe for high heat commercial dishwashers to match an end user’s brand. Example of branding options will be on display and Cambro representatives can advise on possibilities.

With the growth of delivery services Cambro has solutions for getting food from the kitchen to the customer wherever they may be. The Cam GoBox is designed for general catering and holding food for take-out, kerbside pick-up or delivery. This strong, light and budget-friendly transport solution is made from expanded polypropylene (EPP). It should protect the quality and safety of hot or cold foods while they are transported or stored.

Dishwasher safe and stackable, Cam GoBoxes feature different coloured lids to help identify contents or destination. Available as top loaders or front loaders, the Cam GoBox covers GN, 60 x 40cm, pizza, multi-purpose and beverage sizes.

For banquets and event catering, double-compartment Camcart mobile cabinets are designed to store and move hot or cold food safely. Their thick CFC-free foam insulation should maintain food temperatures without electricity for four or more hours.

With moulded-in handles and a seamless, tough exterior, the UPC800 is designed not to dent, rust, chip, or crack, while being easy to manoeuvre. The full swing doors should allow efficient access and their durable nylon latches open easily and close securely. The airtight removable door gasket offers another layer insulation protection, and fast clean-up at the end of the day.

Cambro has a range of storage solutions for the foodservice industry and on the stand will be examples from the Premium and Basics Plus shelving ranges. Claimed to be easy to assemble, adjust or configure, all Cambro shelving is made from lightweight, durable, non-corrosive, composite material. The shelving components should be easy to wipe clean and the removable shelf plates are dishwasher safe.

Other products on show include the new adjustable dish caddy and the new HighHeat jug.
