Burco has continued its new product development programme in the countertop catering equipment sector by launching a new range of wet pot bain maries to complement its modular ‘plug and go’ line.
The latest addition to the portfolio features two models, available in two or four pot options, with each pot boasting 4.2L capacity.
Both feature 1000W element that first heats, then maintains water at the required temperature, in order to keep sauces, gravy, custards and pre-cooked foods at serving temperature without scorching or burning.
A front access drain valve is designed to ensure the unit can be emptied easily for cleaning.
Burco’s brand manager, Diane Ho, said: “Alongside our dry heat bain marie, these latest models provide catering establishments with added choice and flexibility to cater for different food types. They also further extend our fantastic range of countertop appliances, all of which are simple to use without compromising performance.”
Together with an electric griddle, boiling top, induction hob and countertop fryer, the range of dry heat and wet pot bain maries are designed to form a modular suite of Burco branded countertop appliances perfect for different types of catering provider premises.
They are also backed by Burco’s Commercial three years parts and one year labour warranty for peace of mind.
